Executive Support a Problem Too

As reported by CCH Incorportated lack of time, not lack of staff resources, seems to be the biggest obstacle HR professionals are facing. When forced to choose only one option, 34 percent of respondents cited lack of time due to workload as the biggest obstacle facing their HR departments. An interesting close second was lack of senior management support, at 26 percent. Lack of financial resources came in third, at 15 percent, followed closely by lack of skills among existing staff.
