Jobs Harder to Find and Offers Lower

A recent discussion with a new graduate indicated how tough the job market is for people new to the job hunt. Qualified and personable, this new graduate was frustrated with how many interviews she had been through and the few, and poor, offers she had received. Now the NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers)has published a new survey showing that offers in most disciplines had declined in dollar value from last year.
