Symptom: When attempting to login, navigation returns to the Members section.

What should happen: A new window opens to view the portal. The current window navigates back to the Members section.

Resolution: Disable pop-up blocker settings for the omegahrsolutions.com domain as defined below.

Pop-up Blocker settings

• Internet Explorer 6+
• Firefox
• Safari

Internet Explorer 6+

1. Click on Tools > Pop-up Blocker as shown below
   
2. You can then toggle the popup blocker off by clicking Turn Off Pop-up Blocker or Turn On Pop-up Blocker
3. Additional settings, as shown below, are available at Pop-up Blocker Settings
   
4. Click in the box entitled "Address of Web site to allow:"
5. Type the following: *.omegahrsolutions.com
6. Click the Add button
7. Ensure that you can see *.omegahrsolutions.com in the "Allowed sites" listing
8. Click the Close button

Firefox

1. Click on Tools > Options in the main menu
2. Click on Content > Exceptions as shown below
   
3. Click in the box entitled "Address of web site:" as shown below
   
4. Type the following: *.omegahrsolutions.com
5. Click the Allow button
6. Ensure that you can see *.omegahrsolutions.com with a status of Allow in the listing
7. Click the Close button

Safari

1. Click on Safari menu in the upper-left hand corner of the screen
2. You can then toggle the popup blocker on or off by checking (or un-checking) Block Pop-up Windows as shown below
